Hi,
We seem to have nothing that's working super well. It looks like everyone who replied could make it at either 16:00 Monday or 13:00 Wed. I wonder whether we mightn't schedule both on the principle that we might get a enough cross-section across both spots to ensure enough communication. I'd be really happy if we could finish the week with the remaining touchy issues hammered out. What do people think?

Jonathan, I agree with the suggested agenda. I like especially the second point you raised to discus overall timelines.
We did agree on the two phases and target timelines, and it would be good to discuss when we can fix the principal terms and any process required for this in each Operational Community, if any.

- Precisely what we want to do about the domain name controls stuff.
I think we have at least 3 commercial entities who do this sort of thing, so let's nail down for sure the requirements and put them in the doc; then we can ask the implementers to put those requirements to bid.
- Exactly how we're going to solve the Trust-duty-to-enforce and
the community-decides tension. I think we need to work out language for the proposal.
I _think_ those are the only things outstanding, and we can then (1) take to the respective communities, "Here's what we think is final," and (2) send to lawyers for implementation.
Does that ssound like a plan? If so, I'll try to find a place for us to meet.

For your information, I met some people who didn’t fully realise that you could comment on the IANAPLAN list and elsewhere, while we did get some comments from others. Maybe publicising the last call phase better/more widely would be good.
