These include the IP6.ARPA and IN-ADDR.ARPA zones IANA was able to provide reports of the availability and propagation time of the inverse DNS in April 2025. https://www.iana.org/performance/numbers/202504 Please consider this new metric and if it should be included in the coming 2025 report.
