Before all, thank you all for completing the polls for the IANA RC

meetings this year.

Unfortunately, we have found out that for the selected days for the

2nd IANA RC meeting clashes with ASO AC activities during ICANN Meeting in Puerto Rico. As a consequence, it makes impossible for many of the IANA RC members who are also in the ASO AC to attend neither 12 or 13 March meeting at 12:00 PM UTC as it was the preferred date and time.

After consultation with Nurani and Jason, we are proposing more

specific times that week that would allow IANA RC/ASO AC members on site in Puerto Rico to participate of the IANA RC teleconference. We hope that such times could also work for those participating remotely.
