All,
Thank you all for your flexibility and for taking the time out of your full schedules for this.
7 am at a busy ICANN meeting is certainly not ideal or anyone, so I very much appreciate you setting aside the time for this meeting. (I understand that there are a lot of schedules to keep track of so thank you German for finding a solution in the end.)
I am meeting with Louie on Monday, who together with Jason have been drafting the report. Given the lack of incidents reported, as well as the lack of comments from the community, I am hoping we can come well prepared and use our time efficiently on Tuesday.
As agreed we will use this meeting to focus on the finalisation of the report. Any operational or procedural matters that need to be resolved will have agenda time in our following meeting this year.
Even though many of us are physically present at ICANN, we will meet via webex. I will not be requesting a physical meeting room for us.
However, I am of course looking forward to meeting up with all of you who are present in PR for a coffee, a drink and or a meal during the week!
Speak to you all very soon.
Kind regards,
Nurani
