RC members,

I've updated the draft with the links to the pages that Susannah had posted. I've also updated the links that go to the matrix, and all the announcements that went out on the NRO list and the RIR announcement lists.

The only thing left is to update the date of the report. (Does anyone want to offer a suggestion?)

Could I ask that you circulate that draft to the RC list week before our meeting, by Tuesday 26 February? That way the group gets ample time to review it before we meet to finalise the report.
