The RC representatives from AFRINIC are the persons elected by the Community for the ASO-AC.
Mike Silber's term expired on 31 Dec 2022. Since AFRINIC does not have a quorate board, the election for filling that ASO-AC position left vacant by MIke Silber has not yet happened.
@German, may you please advise if the report needs to reflect the current(2023) RC members of each RIR(this is my understanding). If not, then please add MIke Silber's name to it.

The original plan was to give one week for comments I suggest to have a deadline for this newer version of Friday 24 March so we can submit the report to the NRO EC and publish it if everything goes well by Monday March 27 .
