You are right Mike! It’s just that when I blocked the slot in my gcal I didn’t take into account that part. 

I have now rescheduled my other Conf call so I will be able to join.

The whole point of UTC is that it does not change with changes to daylight saving. For example - in the winter the UK is on UTC, in summer they move to UTC +1, most of Europe is on UTC +1 and moves to UTC +2.

However UTC does not change.
