Hi Ernesto,

That is a very good catch. Thank you for seeing it!

I have fixed it now (and updated it as the link was also an old one).

Please find attached the fixed version.

Susannah - could you please replace the uploaded PDF with this? Thanks!

Thank you everyone as well for giving your approval to proceed.

Kind regards,
Nurani

Hi Nurani,

in the 3.2 chapter, 2nd paragraph 1st line, there is a minor issue with the link to the call for comments web page.

The hiperlink is located at the end of the line, so it's not easy to see. It looks like a weird caracter. It would be better the hiperlink covers some words like "30 days comment" or "the NRO web site".

Other than that, I no have more comments.

Regards

Ernesto

Thank you for that Louie.
Any other comments before we publish and announce the report?

Thank you, Nurani.

I did a final check of every single link within the document and verified that they all still work. I also check the metadata for the PDF, and did not find anything that needs updating. Other than the file name that ends with "v0.6" still, I see no changes necessary.

As soon as the report is published, I can make a copy of the draft to begin preparing for the 2020 report. That way, as people see opportunities for improvement, they can suggest them directly into the new draft to avoid possibly losing these suggestions in email.

Dear colleagues,

At our last IANA RC call, we finalised the IANA RC report, but it was still missing the URL for the archived public comments.

We set a timeline for ourselves to circulate the report internally on Wednesday, and if there were no further comments, publish the report on Friday. However, it took a little longer than anticipated for the secretariat to publish the comment and share the URL, so we will need to adjust the timeline slightly.

German sent us the URL yesterday which I have now incorporated into the report.

I have now attached the latest, and hopefully final version of the IANA RC 2020 report.

I will prepare the public announcement to go out on the respective RIR lists through the RIR comms teams. (RIR staff, please inform your comms teams!)

Please review the final report and we will aim to publish this on Wednesday 11 March 2020.

Kind regards,

Nurani
