Thanks! I gave it a pass as well.
I added some sub headings under composition including Selection, Term, Removal.
I also put some notes in about your changes clarifying in one case that text was not being deleted or added, but simply relocated.
I also noted that supermajority is defined as "80% of eligible..." instead of "8/10 of ..." as it is in the charter. We had issues with ASO AC votes when the total number participating changed either due to vacancy, or someone recusing themselves.

In that first meeting you should define your Leadership Roles and

other internal procedure you think it is appropriate. We expect you
to have
the first Report Review by mid 2017.
