The report has been published and announced. The comments were sent to me off-list and not as part of the public comment period.  

I suggest we leave the report as it is and take this input with us for next year’s report.

My nit is about the matrix page.

The URL below (“IANA RC Report 2018”) has a link to the "2018 IANA Numbering Services Review Committee Report" at https://www.nro.net/wp-content/uploads/2018-IANA-Numbering-Services-Review-Committee-Report.pdf which points to the "RIR review Matrix" at https://www.nro.net/wp-content/uploads/2018-Number-Resource-Perfomance-Re port.pdf.  The "IANA RC Report 2018” page also has a link to the that URL, called "2018 RIR Performance Matrix Summary Report”.

The matrix has what appear to be buttons “More Info” which don’t function for me.

The rows of the matrix seems to be copied directly from the monthly reports, such as https://www.iana.org/performance/numbers/201812.  Those monthly pages have the same More Info buttons, but on the monthly pages, the buttons function.
