All,
Following up on the action item from our last meeting ARIN's Comms department has suggested the attached format. Please provide your input and/or thoughts.
Thanks, John S.

John,
Tommy got these put together. They don't include the linkages - that would be best handled when this format is put into the report by the Secretary. Overall, I think this makes it a little easier to process the information.
Let us know if you get feedback and we need to make further adjustments.
Thanks,
Hollis

I think so but let's get a full draft that I can run by the other 4 RIR staff participants. The main concern was ease of reading the results.

John and Tommy,
I took a stab at trying to arrange the information in a more digestible manner. Once we work out the kinks, Tommy can create prettier tables. Does this address the concerns? Is there anything missing?
I think the SLA segment is clear as it stands, so I didn't bother with that.
Thoughts?

Here you go, the matrix is appendix 1. That is what the RIRs are responsible for putting together. Let me know what questions you have and I will try to answer or we might have to jump on a quick call. Thanks.

Dear colleagues,
At our last IANA RC call, we finalised the IANA RC report, but it was still missing the URL for the archived public comments.
We set a timeline for ourselves to circulate the report internally on Wednesday, and if there were no further comments, publish the report on Friday. However, it took a little longer than anticipated for the secretariat to publish the comment and share the URL, so we will need to adjust the timeline slightly.
German sent us the URL yesterday which I have now incorporated into the report.
I have now attached the latest, and hopefully final version of the IANA RC 2020 report.
