Dear colleagues,
Report template Since the week has past and we haven’t had more comments on the draft template, I propose we use this general structure for our first report at the start of next year.
There will be opportunity to fine tune it as we write our report of course. However, once we have published our first report, I believe we should aim for consistency and adopt the same general structure for any future reports. Thank you all for your contributions so far this year.
Meeting schedule 2018 After having consulted Nate on the RIRs timeline, I am now working with my co-chair Jason to come up with the meeting timeline for next year. I will then ask the NRO secretariat to do a doodle poll for the first meeting around the time of the publication of the first RIR matrix.

Just one point, the acronym 'RC' appears fist in section 2.5 title, so it will be better to put the original meanings previously, may be in 1.1, such as 'Review Committee (RC)'.
