I have one observation.

Since this is the RC report for 2023, Section 3 needs to contain the names of the representatives for each region. I have checked the 2022 report and it contained the 2 community representatives(Mike and Saul)  from AFRINIC(Mike Silber's term expired on 31 Dec 2022).

For the sake of clarity, we can perhaps reword 3.3 to read as follows :-

"In 2023, The RC was comprised of three representatives from each RIR region. "

and add to the report

" This report has been compiled by the IANA RC members serving their term @January 2024" and link to  https://www.nro.net/accountability/operational/iana-numbering-services-review-committee/

New Action Item 231211-1: JS to share the IANA Numbering Services Review Matrix

to the mailing list by the end of the week.

 

New Action Item 231211-2: CHK and GP to begin drafting the 2023 IANA RC report.

 

New Action Item 231211-3: The Secretariat to send out the details of the timeline for the pubic community consultation and finalization of the 2023 IANA RC report.

 

New Action Item 231211-4: GV to send out a Doodle poll to decide on a date for the next RC meeting. The poll should include weeks 3 and 4 of 2023.
