We are kind of delayed with the submission of the report.
We agreed in our January meeting that a public consultation was not necessary and we gave ourselves a week to review the report submitted by Ching-Heng.
I have updated the 2023 report to remove any reference to a public consultation.
I believe that the reference to the matrix report may be valid just to show that no transactions occurred during 2022.
With James and Natalia’s permission may I have your explicit approval to proceed with the report (in the URLs below) with the recent changes.
The original plan was to give one week for comments I suggest to have a deadline for this newer version of Friday 24 March so we can submit the report to the NRO EC and publish it if everything goes well by Monday March 27 .
