I realise that you have all only had one day so far to respond to the doodle poll. But as the doodle is for next week, I don’t want to run the risk of not agreeing on a time for the call before the options run out. I realise that people are busy and I want to be respectful of the fact that everyone’s calendars fill up quickly.
To give the remaining four people more time to indicate their availability, I have asked the secretariat to keep the doodle open for a little while longer.
However, there seems to be a strong gravitation in the poll towards:
Tuesday 6 February, 12 PM UTC
Therefore, could I ask you all to pencil that into your calendars for now?
If things move significantly on Monday, we will shift the meeting time to suits most participants. If not, we will keep Tuesday 12 pm UTC as our meeting date, so please make sure you keep that time available.
