Hi,
We publish the RIR matrix as that is what we are seeking comments on. So far we have had zero incidents and the SLA has always been met. But should there be an incident or a breach of the SLA, then that’s what we want our community to comment on. Those comments are then incorporated into our report that we publish after the public comment period.
