I also put some notes in about your changes clarifying in one case that text was not being 
deleted or added, but simply relocated.

I also noted that supermajority is defined as "80% of eligible..." instead of "8/10 of ..." 
as it is in the charter.  We had issues with ASO AC votes when the total number 
participating changed either due to vacancy, or someone recusing themselves.

Not using suggesting mode was an oversight, so thanks for intervening.
