I can see that a few links will need to be turned into URLs but that is a minor detail. And the RIR Matrix fits a lot better than last year! :)

I've updated the draft with the links to the pages that Susannah had posted. I've also updated the links that go to the matrix, and all the announcements that went out on the NRO list and the RIR announcement lists.

The only thing left is to update the date of the report. (Does anyone want to offer a suggestion?)
