This document provides a reference for the community to review the policy highlights of the RIR system. For specific policy statements in place in each RIR region, you are encouraged to visit the individual RIR policy page links at the bottom of the URL provided above.

Additionally, the Internet Number Resource Status Report, detailing IPv4, IPv6 and Autonomous System Number (ASN) assignments and allocations by all five Regional Internet Registries is updated as of 21 April, 2009.
