The agenda is good. Josh has a handle on the legal issues. You have my thoughts on the comment period. I would only add that this group will need to review the submissions fairly comprehensively regardless of how they're dealt with.

The CWG yesterday reviewed the key points under the “Proposed Resolution of Selected Legal Issues” document.
Josh talked the group through the key points and provided background and context.

There is a reasonable amount to digest in all of this and the information will almost certainly not have been previewed by all on the CWG ahead of the call.
In any event, there was limited substantial concern, but generally the group did not object to continuing along this path.

With respect to the meetings of the IANA IPR group (this one) today and next week, both Lise and I cannot attend today but at least one of us plans to attend both next week.
We are comfortable with the CWG being represented by Greg & Josh today.
