The Secretariat has drafted an IANA RC handbook document, we hope this could be of use of new members as a guide to introduce you to the roles, operations and responsibilities of this committee.

This could also be used as a refresh for older members.

In any case, please consider this handbook a living document which will require updates and improvements so please feel free to send your feedback to the secretariat at any time.
