      Hi John,

Many thanks for improving the table and the format looks good to me.

If no RIRs will request additional resources from IANA in Dec, do you mind putting the 2020 data into the table? We can then have the table for review in January meeting.

The only suggestion for improvement is maybe to change the "Received from" table heading text to "Requested by". My initial read of "Received from" was confusing to me until I remembered that we are talking about the request and not the allocation. (Being it's the RIR's matrix, I was thinking primarily from the viewpoint of the RIRs and not from IANA.) Perhaps the "Requested by" heading can avoid this confusion without changing the meaning.
