So from the RC call today it was confirmed to make the following changes:

For table one add a title: IANA Published

Move table 3 to be second and change title to: 2021 RIR requests

And then table 2 becomes table 3 and no change to title.

The Matrix looks good to me.

Just one comment: Should we improve the title “May – December 2021” of table 3 to a bit more meaningful? Objective of listing each month’s requests was to make it easy reading in the past as many requests in a year. We don’t have many requests to IANA and combined into one table now. Any idea from the team to rename the title of table 3?

I would suggest the following changes for consideration.

1 . Have a title for table one as “IANA published” (currently no title but just under Appendix 1)
2 . Move table 3 to table 2 and change the title to “RIRs reviewed”
3 . Move table 2 to table 3 as “IANA Review Committee Assessment”

How do you all think? We can discuss this at the meeting on Monday.

At the last call Martin Hannigan volunteered  to draft the first version. I couldn’t find an editable file for this template but I remember John Sweeting sent the 2020 version on pdf.

The purpose is to send a call for public comments before a final report can be drafted by the committee.
