[IANA-RC] Public Announcement Call for Input IANA Performance Matrix Later in this Weel

Dear RC I have the announcement ready to go, however we are dealing with other global announcements related to the ICP-2 review process which has strict deadlines. I don’t want both to compete for the attention of our community so our call for input it’s more flexible in terms of when we can launch it so I have asked the RIR communication departments to disseminate the call in the relevant regional list by this Wednesday 4 February.
