Thank you, Ray. I noticed a typo on the web page: “Parameters” is mis-spelled as “paramaters” in a few places. I believe that this error appears only in the text of the HTML page, not in the underlying documents or URLs. Alan Barrett

The typo on the website has been fixed. Now we can really celebrate! Thank you very much to all who pulled together to make this work. This was a particularly broad collaboration among stakeholder groups and communities, and covering broad territory and diverse skill sets -- technical, legal, and policy. In the end, this made both the collaboration and result particularly satisfying. It certainly expanded my horizons in the global multistakeholder community (which apparently now controls the Internet), for which I'm particularly grateful.
