Waiting for comments, or statements that they have no comments, from all three OCs. * Community agreement Waiting for comments from ICANN, or a statement that ICANN has no comments. All other prticipants have commented, or indicated that they have no comments. * Licences from Trust to ICANN/PTI Waiting for comments from ICANN.
